Personal: Hello, I’m Steve. I am the lead technician and have been with Ray’s Auto Service for the last sixteen years. I take great pride in working hard, completing my work safely and efficiently as well as making sure the customer receives service that is above and beyond their expectations.

I am A.S.E. Certified in the areas of engine performance, brakes, manual transmissions, engine performance, steering and suspension, and electrical diagnosis. I am also a certified State Emission Inspector. I am attending classes and training outside of work to further my automotive knowledge.

In my spare time I enjoy home improvement projects and tinkering in my garage and spending time with my family and my dog.

Personal: Hi, I’m Jared. I am a 2012 graduate of Nashua Community College where I received my associates degree in science in automotive technology. I am a very energetic and outgoing person. I make it a priority to make sure each customer is happy with the outcome of their vehicle and try my very best to make each repair as safe and effective as I am able. I have been working on cars my whole life, so this is not just a job to me, it is a passion that I have grown to love. I give every job my best and never give up until the repair is complete. I soon hope to take some ASE tests and one day plan to be ASE master certified.
In my spare time I enjoy being around my family and friends. I also like to travel around New England, especially the mountains. I love spending time outdoors skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling and 4-wheeling.

Personal: Hello, I’m Kristie. I am the Service Advisor at Ray’s Auto and have certifications in both Quickbooks and Customer Service. I love being our customers point of contact and educating them on the importance of preventative maintenance and repairs. I make it a priority to listen and thoroughly understand our customers problems and concerns. I strive to explain the repair process and arrange for an appropriate and satisfactory automotive service visit each and every time. I pride myself on treating each customer as if they were family, giving honest and upfront information about their vehicle.

In my spare time I enjoy being active outdoors hiking and surfing. At home I love to cook and spend time with my boyfriend and our cat. I try to travel and see new places whenever I get the chance.
